Red Men To Host Lakers Friday Night

The Carthage College Men's Soccer Team (6-5-1, 1-1 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin), will take a brief hiatus from CCIW match ups with a Friday night match against Silver Lakes College (7-2-1).
LAST TIME OUT
- The Red Men notched a conference win at Wheaton College on Wed, Oct. 4th.
- Ivan Esquivel and Kevin Mahoney lead in scoring for the Red Men in the match.
- Brayan Arce Justiniano collected five saves during the match.
SCOUTING THE LAKERS
- The Lakers will be arriving to Art Keller Field with a 2 game streak, following a 10-0 win against UW Washington County.
- Weds Toussaint leads the Lakers offense in goals scored.

- Senior Jamie Tausend is three starts shy of tying for most Career Starts by a Red Men, and four more to take the sole spot.
- Tausend is also one assist shy of taking the sole fifth spot on the Career Assists List.
- Brayan Arce Justiniano is one save of shy of tying for fifth on the Career Saves List and two away from reaching the Top Five.

- The 2017 team captains are seniors Tausend and Johnny Rimkus, and juniors Mahoney and Adrian Herrera.
- In addition to Rimkus and Tausend, the 2017 season features a senior class of Erik Boese, Joey Klawitter, and Sahr Mahoney.
